By burning calories via your workout, you can then eat more calories.
This means you will not even feel like you’re on a diet.

Also, forget about those 90 minute low intensity steady state cardio-athons.
Focus on higher quality workouts using afterburn style exercises, such as:
When it comes to cardio, focus on quick and intense HIIT workouts that maximizes your metabolism.
Working out doesn’t necessarily have to mean going the gym and spending hours there.
Remember, focus on the quality of the workout over the quantity of workouts.

Focus on making lifestyle changes, rather than following short-term, unsustainable, starvation tactics.
Rather than thinking about what you need to do to lose weight fast, think about what lifestyle changes and habits you need to form, to Live Lean 365 days a year.

Your goal is to be persistent and make ongoing consistent daily progress.
Living Lean is about continuous progress, not perfection.
Aim to be better every day.
Take control of the foods you eat by cooking your food, rather than eating out and buying pre-packaged foods.

Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to allow your body to rejuvenate, grow, and recover.
Poor sleep often leads to food binges.
