The Seated Abs Crunch improves core stability and sculpts the abs.

To perform Seated Abs Crunch:
1. Sit down on a bench.
2. Hold onto the edge of the bench with your hands and lean back while lifting your extended legs off the ground.
3. Contract your abs by bending your knees and crunch them towards your chest while also bring your chest towards your knees.
4. Return to the starting position under control and repeat.
