Take personal responsibility and start achieving your goals

To be real, this philosophy applies to most, if not all of your goals.

Whether you want to:

build more muscle
lose weight
improve your relationships
grow your business

Who do you think is personally responsible for accomplishing any of those goals?

Is it your:

personal trainer?
nutritionist?
mom or dad?
significant other?
the government?

Nope, it’s none of those people.

Sure, these people may impact your success, but ultimately the person that is responsible for your results, is the person you’re looking at in the mirror.

It’s you.

Remember: the choices you make every single day are either bringing you closer to, or further away from your goals.

Don’t be one of those people that constantly complains about their current situation, yet never does anything about it.

Stop blaming the government and other people for your misfortunes.

It’s on you to take 100% personal responsibility for your outcomes

You make choices every single day.

So make the choice right now, to stop blaming other people, and start making the choice to take personal responsibility and change your life for the better.

Sounds simple, but trust me, it’s a constant journey to live this life philosophy.

I don’t claim to be perfect, but I am getting better at becoming more aware of when I start playing the blame game.

Becoming more aware is the first step.

Like any new habit, keep putting in the reps.

Eventually over time, this new mindset will begin to formulate.

So starting today, start getting into the habit of taking one hundred percent personal responsibility for everything that comes in your life.

There’s only one person that’s responsible for the quality of your life.

It’s you.
