The internet is a great thing…but…it can cause information OVERLOAD.
And lets be honest, when it comes to weight loss, you’ll rarely find two “experts” that agree on the same techniques. Unfortunately, this overabundance of conflicting information can cause people to quit before they even start. I know…I went through the same thing when I started taking my fitness and nutrition seriously.
Fortunately, there is one topic that pretty much all fitness experts will agree on…water is ESSENTIAL!
This video blog was inspired by an insight I read from Craig Ballantyne’s newsletter this morning. It pretty much said:
“…focus on sticking to a couple of BIG habits at first. Get those ‘cemented’ over the next 21 days. Then start to implement a couple of other big habits. Focus on progressively implementing more good habits and maintaining the ones you have.”
With that said, lets get back to the fundamentals and try to incorporate one of the BIGGEST and EASIEST steps to lose weight faster and live the lean lifestyle 365 days per year…drink more WATER.
It’s accessible. It’s free. It’ll clean out your system. It’ll give you more energy. And it’ll help you lose weight faster.
