7 Ways To Lose Weight In 7 Days

Live Lean Nation, on today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing 7 nutrition tips to tighten up and lose “weight” in just 7 days.

Alright here’s the deal…

However, if you really want to step up your confidence (and physique) before your next beach vacation…

Here are 7 nutrition tips on how to lose “weight” in 7 days…

And I keep putting quotes around “weight” because, yes by following this protocol, you may lose 1-2 lbs of fat this week, but the reason you’ll be feeling tighter and lighter, is because of shedding the water weight.

#1. High Protein And Fat Breakfast:

Start the day off with a breakfast high in protein, healthy fat, and fibrous vegetables to keep energy high and your hunger and cravings low.

Protein, fat, and fiber are the three key nutrients to fight off snack cravings.

It’s a game changer.

#2. Eliminate ALL Processed Foods:

As a Live Leaner, this should be easy because the only time we rock processed foods is on our well earned cheat meal. But for this week, cheat meals are out.

That’s right, if it comes in a box with ingredients you can’t pronounce, it’s not going in your temple baby.

All foods consumed this week will come from the outer aisles of the grocery store. I’m talking about lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, healthy oils, vinegars, and fibrous vegetables.

#3. Consume A LOT Of Water Flushing Vegetables:

I call asparagus, spinach, and cucumber water flushing vegetables because they help flush out excess stored water from under our skin.

Did you know for every gram of carbohydrates you consume, your body stores 3 grams of water.

I call this stored water, false fat, as it just sits under the skin making you feeling puffy and flabby. These water flushing vegetables help get rid of that stored water, making you feel tighter and lighter.

#4. Consume MORE Water:

Based on the last point, by drinking MORE water, it’ll actually help flush out that stored water as well.

Yes, to get rid of retained water in your body, drink more water.

You’ll notice you’ll be going to the bathroom more, but you’ll also notice your skin will feel paper thin, which will really show off your definition in your abs. Aim for 3-4 liters but drink it evenly throughout the day to limit the amount of pee breaks at night.

#5. Limit Fruit Consumption:

Fruit is the Live Leaners dessert of choice. It’s natures candy that’s high in fiber and so delicious. But for this week, we want to dial in our body EVEN MORE on burning body fat for it’s primary source of energy, not sugar from fruit. You’ll get plenty of fiber from the vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

This is only temporary.

#6. Meal Prep:

This one should be easy for you since this is a habit us Live Leaners are already doing. But for this week…

…really dial it in so you have all your meals and snacks prepared, thus leaving no room for slipping up.

If the foods prepared, all that’s left is eating. And as Live Leaners, we love to eat.

#7. No Social Drinks:

As a Live Leaner, we enjoy the social life and can have the occasional glass of red wine or vodka water with lemon, but not this week.

This week’s calories are strictly from those foods mentioned earlier.

Not calories from the snack foods that typically accompany a social drink.

These nutrition tips shouldn’t be too hard for you since they’re all pretty close to our current Live Lean lifestyle. The only difference is, this week we’re dialling it in to look and feel our best (even though you already look awesome).
