Don’t be embarrassed, if all of these, or at least 2 out of 3 apply to you. It’s the world we now live in.

The world of social media.

I get it. We can’t be separated from our mobile devices, even when we’re working out. But if you’re a selfie posting machine, promise me one thing…

Ensure your ab selfies are coming from a place of motivation and not narcissism. If so, post away.

OK, so now that we’re clear on ab selfie posting etiquette (i.e. not being a douche), I need to clarify one other thing before I share one of my favorite home abs workouts with you.

Be Careful.

Of course I want you to be careful when you’re working out, but I’m specifically talking about being careful with your BFF during your workout…

Your mobile device.

Raise your hand right now if:

  1. You’ve shattered the screen on your mobile device before.
  2. The screen was shattered when you were working out by either dropping a weight on it, or having it fall out of your pocket.

Guilty. And Guilty.

Trust me, I’ve shattered more than my fair share of mobile device screens. Those 1-2 seconds after dropping your device are so nerve wracking. You bend over, pick up the device, turn it over to the glass side, and bam! All you see are cracks everywhere.

BRUTAL!

I’ve spent so much money replacing screens in the past, that I’ve finally stopped being stubborn, and invested in a tough cover screen for my device.

Rock Hard Abs Home Workout

DURATION OF WORKOUT:
8-10 minutes.

WORKOUT DESIGNED TO FOCUS ON:
Creating maximum tension in all regions of the abdominals and core.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
None. Exercise mat optional.

WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
3 exercises to be completed in a circuit format for the indicated reps/time.
Take no more than 10 seconds between each exercise within the circuit.
At the end of the circuit, rest up to 60 seconds, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 circuits.

  1. Can I use this workout to help get rid of stomach fat im 5’6 I weight about 197 and I have a stomach so I was wondering if I could do this workout to burn that belly fat
