How To Do A STANDING KETTLEBELL SIDE TO SIDE ROTATION:

Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do STANDING KETTLEBELL SIDE TO SIDE ROTATION.

STANDING KETTLEBELL SIDE TO SIDE ROTATION: Targeted Muscles:

The Standing Kettlebell Ball Side To Side Rotation is a great core strengthening exercise that also isometrically targets the shoulders.

STANDING KETTLEBELL SIDE TO SIDE ROTATION:

To perform STANDING KETTLEBELL SIDE TO SIDE ROTATION:
1. Get into a shoulder width stance, grip a kettlebell by the horns and turn it upside down, then extend your arms out in front of the body at shoulder level.
2. While keeping your arms extended, rotate your upper body to one side while contracting your core to keep your hips square to the front.
3. Rotate your torso to the other side with all the movement coming from your upper body, not your hips. Your hips should remain locked in to the front.
4. One rotation to both sides equals one rep.
5. Repeat for reps.
