The T-Plank is an excellent modification to the traditional plank, requiring more core stability and balance.

To perform T-PLANK:
1. Get into a traditional pushup position with your hands directly below your shoulders.
2. Contract your abs while rotating your body, pivoting your feet, and extending one of your arms straight up to the sky, with your other hand firmly planted into the ground so your body creates the letter T.
3. Return to the starting pushup position, then repeat.
4. Once you’ve completed the reps on one side, switch sides and repeat.
