Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do sliding knee tuck.
The Sliding Knee Tuck is a great exercise that primarily target the abs as well as the shoulders and chest. If you have access to a slippery floor surface like hardwood, all you need is to wear socks.

To perform SLIDING KNEE TUCK:
1. Get into a push up plank position with your arms extended, hands shoulder width apart, flat on the floor, and directly below your shoulders, with your feet close together.
2. With a strong contracted core and a flat back, slowly bend your knees and slide your feet towards your arms.
3. Under control, reverse the movement back to the push up plank position and repeat.
