  1. I have a question, is it okay if i do the afterburn workouts before i do my
    strength training? is it wrong?

  2. Hey can you tell me if loosing bodyfat will get rid of those red stretch
    marks on your obliques/sides of your belly or do I need to put some kind of
    cream plz

    Is canned tuna, salmon and sardines good? I found that they have low
    cholesterol compared to other meats like chicken

  6. I just started adding some about 2 weeks,ago after I saw one of your vids.
    It is also good for the mind because just when you think your workout is
    done ,you have dig in and to do a bit more.

  7. Don’t buy this garbage, stick to a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables and
    lean meats and you will lose tons of weight!!! Stick to eating pizza,
    donuts and fast food + stick to this guys workout program and you won’t
    lose an oz of weight
