On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to add ignite it up burners to your workouts for faster fat loss.
I am super excited about today’s topic, so let’s get started.
In 2011, I left the safe and comfortable world of corporate marketing, to push myself out of my comfort zone, and explore the hidden treasures of entrepreneurship.
During this time, I lived pretty much my entire life close to my family and friends, in a small city on the east coast of Canada, called Halifax.
However, I was unhappy and knew I needed to change.
By taking action, my journey has now landed me in a new a country, and has created a new life for me in Southern California.
Why am I saying all this?
Well, this video post is about taking action, and following new approaches to change the things you’re not happy about.
More specifically, I want to show you how to add ignite it up burners to your workouts, so you can activate your body’s internal fat burners, and burn fat faster.
In my best-selling workout system, Live Lean Afterburn, I call this intra-workout training style, “Ignite It Up Burners”.
These ignite it up burners are intended to increase conditioning and create rapid fat loss.
In Live Lean Afterburn 2.0, you’ll be completing the following 4 unique training styles:
During these afterburn workouts, the bodyweight ignite it up burners are programmed to be completed for a prescribed period of time, or rep count, immediately after the last rep of the final work set.
Once you finish your last working set, you’ll move directly into these ignite it up burners, to further push your body.
These “Ignite It Up Burners” are designed to:
Ignite it up burners are intended to activate and ignite your internal fat burners.
Ultimately, ignite it up burners are a great way to help you drop fat a lot easier.
My Live Lean Afterburn 1.0 foundation program includes 13 different Ignite It Up burners.

Any other type of plyometric exercises that gets your body moving and your muscles burning will work.

Just like anything thing in life, to change your health and physique, you need to first change the things you’re doing, that got you there in the first place.

It’s up to you to make your body the leanest, strongest, and healthiest version you can.
