Yes, I take supplements.

But before I share which supplements I take daily, I have to put a little bit of context around my answer.

The reason for this is simple.

It all depends on where you are in your fitness journey

Here’s what I mean by this.

If you are not following a good workout program, and you really don’t have any idea what you’re eating, or how to properly cook your food, don’t worry about supplements yet.

Due to the foods in the standard american diet, the majority of our bodies are so out of whack when it comes to the omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acid ratio.
