On today’s episode I’m sharing my favorite natural energy drink that not only is healthy, it also helps you fight off getting sick, and provides you with up to 12 servings of fruit and vegetables.

Because vegetables get you LEAN!

Now let’s be honest.

Are you really eating enough vegetables in the day?

Probably not.

Especially when you travel for work or go on vacation.

In most cases you just don’t eat as well as you should when you’re traveling.

I get it.

But did you know these poor food choices not only decreases the amount of nutrients you’re consuming, but it also may actually deplete your body further of stored vitamins and minerals.

This nasty combo makes it open season for your body to get sick, which always used to happen to me!

But here’s my hack on how I overcome getting the cold while travelling and killing the early symptoms whenever I feel a cold coming on.

And no, I don’t do what most people do, which is either accepting the fact that they’re going to get sick, or they run to the drug store to take unhealthy, over-the-counter drugs that just mask the symptoms.

Not me.

I prefer to reverse the symptoms of the cold by fighting back!

I give my immune system exactly what it needs to fight off the cold before I get it.

Now you may be saying, but Brad I also take a multivitamin from Costco.

Ok.

But, here’s the thing.
