We’ve been getting a lot of good questions on super greens powders lately.

Since 2013, I’ve been working with a greens powder company, called Athletic Greens.

At the time, I was looking for a supplement that could fulfill my needs, when I wasn’t eating enough greens and vegetables, specifically when I was traveling.

Since I was traveling a lot, I noticed I was getting sick more often because I wasn’t eating that well.

However, once I started supplementing with Athletic Greens during my travels, I wouldn’t get sick anymore, even when I wasn’t eating the best food.

This is because Athletic Greens is filled with a bunch of vitamins, antioxidants, and superfoods.

Are Super Greens Powders Worth The Money?

I would say a high quality greens powder from Athletic Greens should be on the top of your supplement list, if it fits your budget,

In the beginning of my Live Lean journey, I fell for all the heavily marketed supplements.

I thought I needed every type of supplement that promised the quick fix.

Once I figured out how to fit these overly hyped supplements into my budget, I bought them and quickly realized they didn’t provide me with any change to my physique.

You could also find room in your budget by cutting back on buying alcohol and replacing it with a super greens powder juice like Athletic Greens.

Super Greens Powder Benefits

I’m often asked what kind of changes someone should see from taking a super greens powder.

The benefits of taking a super greens powder all comes down to the feeling of being more healthy and energetic.

For example, today is our cheat day.

So earlier in the day we ate pizza, which made me feel gross, greasy, and left me with the feeling of having a big brick of pizza sitting in my gut.

When this usually happens after a cheat meal, I mix Athletic Greens powder with water and drink it.
