This is really happening.
Welcome to our epic pizza eating food challenge mukbang cheat meal.
We just ordered two large pepperoni pizzas after killing an epic leg day workout.
Planning your cheat meals after a tough leg workout is perfect for repairing and growing the “quads of gods”.
Based on this, it’s time to have our favorite weekly cheat meal, pizza.

Now before you freak out, there is a point to this pizza eating challenge.
I want to set the record straight about the often asked question: can one bad meal make you fat?
As you will see at the end of this video, we share if one epic cheat meal will make you fat.
So with that said, let’s start eating, burping, and getting a little gassy.
Classy, I know.
Jessica thinks I’m going down, but I know I can eat a large pizza myself.
In fact, I may have recently ate a large pizza 4 days ago, after a very stressful day.
It was just one of those days where nothing seemed to go right.
But, I’m not sure if Jessica can eat a large pizza since she doesn’t enjoy pizza as much as I do.
She also doesn’t eat her own crust.
By the way, do you consider your slice of pizza finished if you don’t eat the crust?
Therefore, I know she’s going to have to step up her game to complete this pizza eating food challenge.
Regardless, I’m preparing myself for the possibility of her leaving me to eat more than my own large pizza.
As long as Jessica can finish 75% of her pizza, I’m sure I can finish it off.
Although I finished my large pizza and 1-2 slices of Jessica’s, ultimately as a team, we did not finish two large pepperoni pizzas.
After the challenge all we felt like doing was laying down while rubbing our belly’s.
Rather than storing the leftover pizza in the fridge, the remaining slices went straight into the garbage.
If you have leftovers from your cheat meal, it’s best to get it out of your house, rather than saving it to eat the next day.
This is one of the major cheat meal rules.
Nope, our abs were still there.
In conclusion, one bad meal will not ruin your progress.
So just forget about it and keep moving forward.
I hope, in a weird way, this inspires you to get back on your Live Lean journey after you may have succumbed to the temptations of one, or a few bad meals.

1 cheat meal a week wont ruin shit. Your body actually needs that 1 cheat
meal, to restart metabolism. I also wouldnt recommend working out before or
after a cheat meal.
I can eat a pizza with crust and all in 10 minutes
Drinkin’ water in the same time that you are eating its is good or bad?

Sadly I am pepperoni pizza Queen! before I got into health and fitness I
could eat large and go back for more.. As I’ve gotten healthier most I can
handle is a small & I couldn’t have it too often..
I just drink a pint of water & carry on with my healthy eating like nothing
happened, if I dwell on it too much, ill just put myself down and it leads
to binging ”cause ill never get the body I want”.. That’s pointless talk
so I just enjoy it, forget it and move on 🙂
Lol “epic cheat meal” I’ve been eating three times the amount of cals, fats
etc. for the past three days…

I always allow myself a cheat meal once a week, which basically means I eat whatever I want one day of the week. It’s a great tool that has worked out for me and everyone else I know that tries to lose weight. I find that you simply cannot lose weight without having some of the good stuff as well. Great post!

IF you are going to have a cheat-meal…at least do it with a meal you enjoy. Most interesting to see the different ‘level’ of enjoyment for Brad & Jess! I still remember (back in) ‘the-days’ when I would devour a whole pizza on my own. However the [many] meals before and after weren’t much better….
