If you’ve been a long-time viewer of Live Lean TV you realize I don’t talk about supplements very often. Why is this? Mostly because I think you can get the biggest bang for your buck by eating real whole food. However, when it comes to my top 2 supplements, I recommend everyone add them to their diet.
Protein powder is obviously one of the two.
What’s the other supplement? Not a pre-workout, not a fat burner, and no not creatine. The other supplement I consider in my top 2 is fish oil.
Fish oil is an incredible source of healthy, high quality omega 3s. And as you’ll learn via my video below, we all need more omega 3s in our diet.
