Ingredients (one serving)

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 serving of whey protein powder (I like Prograde Whey Protein)
– tbsp ground flax seed
– 1/3 cup mixed berries
– 1/2 cup raw spinach
– tbsp natural peanut butter

Instructions:

1. Add to blender, blend, and drink.
