3 Types Of People Who Try To Lose Fat

When it comes to fat loss, the laws of thermodynamics states that in order to loss weight, you must burn more calories than you eat.

Everyone knows that.

So based off of this well known law, there are 3 different types of people who try to lose fat.

Type #1. The Diet Chasers

These are the people who just focus on eating less calories to lose fat.

How Many Calories Should I Eat A Day?

That’s it.

They don’t increase their calorie burn by exercising and to them it doesn’t matter the quality of the calorie or the macronutrient breakdown of the calorie.

In other words, if the calories come from protein vs. carbohydrates vs. dietary fat.

Then there is type #2.

Type #2. The Workout Machines

They are the people who just focus on working out more to burn more calories.

That’s it.

They are not following a workout program designed to increase their metabolism via:

These are the people who just focus on mainly walking on the treadmill while they watch the calorie burn monitor go up, until the end of their workout.

Lastly, they are also not focused on eating higher quality food or looking at their daily calorie consumption count.

Then there is type #3.

The Workout Machines may lose “weight”, or in some situations gain weight, but just like the Diet Chasers, it’s probably a combination of muscle and fat loss, and a big side of the stress and belly fat storing hormone cortisol.

Long endurance cardio sessions will ultimately burn in to your muscle, slow your metabolism, and create a lot of stress in the body.

Once again, these people are potentially creating a lighter, but still flabby version of their old self.

  5. I always see these overweight people who’re always dieting. Constantly
    miserable, they lose a bit of weight then gain it all back + something a
    few weeks later.
