As 2014 is coming to an end, it’s time to reflect on the past year of Live Lean TV.
First off, thank you so much for spending your time with me every week.
To date, we’ve uploaded 490 videos to our Live Lean TV YouTube channel since November, 2010.
This included uploading a new episode every single Monday and Wednesday in 2014.
Before I share the top 5 most viewed videos to burn fat faster, I just want to quickly take you down memory lane to share how our Live Lean TV YouTube channel has evolved, and will continue to evolve as time passes.
It’s actually really embarrassing watching my older awkward videos.
For example, my first breakthrough video filmed in February 2011, was my 28 day lemon water challenge.
The dialogue went something like this:
“Cut the lemon in half, like this. And, uh, yes I’m actually using a pink cutting board, as you can see. Ah, there is nothing wrong with, ah, having a pink cutting board, just so you all know that. Ah…”
I was so freaking awkward on camera during my first videos.
However, people seemed to love this video.
Pink cutting board? 😂
Even though I don’t remember how it happened, in March 2012, I decided to create a branded TV show on YouTube, called Live Lean TV.
I committed to upload new episodes on specific days and times, just as if it was a TV show like Friends or Entourage.
The first branded Live Lean TV episode was called, How To Make A Post Workout Protein Shake For Muscle.
So I just have to say a big thanks to Bex.
I’ll always be grateful to you for helping me get started.
Then on New Year’s Eve 2012, I received the best email I’ve ever received in my life from an up and coming YouTuber from California, to do a couple’s workout challenge collaboration video in California.
At the time, her name was Jessica Rumbaugh.
However, if we fast forward to July 2014, we all know how that turned out, a marriage proposal.
Love you baby.

Jessica and I began uploading our daily vlogs to our second YouTube channel on October 2, 2014.
These vlogs show you a behind the scenes view of how we Live Lean, via our daily meals, workouts, and of course us just having lots of fun together.
We haven’t missed a day yet since October, 2014.
