If you’re anything like me, you love a good challenge.
It doesn’t matter if the challenge requires getting a girl’s phone number while she’s grocery shopping with her mom or trying to out race a wild boar.
You name me a challenge, and I’ll more than likely accept.
So why not combine two of my favorite things…challenges and workouts! Genius!
This challenge focuses on completing 5 rounds of 3 full body exercises that will blast your body fat and help you sculpt lean and sexy muscle.
I’m talking about:
1a. Box Jumps x 10 reps –> awesome fast twitch muscle fiber exercise along with sculpting your butt, quad, and hamstrings. You also look uber cool doing it.
1b. Speed Jump Rope x 60 sec–> you all know my love for the jump rope. Incredible cardio workout that also builds and tones your calves. And…I’ll say it again…you also look uber cool doing it. Remember…this is called “Speed” Jump Rope for a reason. Move those feet!
1c. Burpee (with pushup & jump) x 10 reps –> another one of my favs. This full body burner is probably the best overall bodyweight exercise to get lean and ripped…and…of course you look uber cool doing it.
So here’s the challenge.
Complete 5 rounds of each of these exercises in order. No breaks. This is a timed challenge so you need to move as fast as possible.
All you need for this Blast Fat Fast Workout Challenge is:
– Your body
– Jump rope
– Boxes to jump on
