  1. Body position is so important with learning the MU. Leg movement, timing and momentum eventually start to come together and it becomes easy. Alot of people have the strength but not the technique for this exercise.

  4. Nice bruh!! My goal is one muscle up as well!! I’m better at the rings but I just can’t get that turn down! I’m 6’2 215. Keep grinding man. I heard clap pull-ups is a great way to build up…but you’re already there. You should do a burn out video…them 2 months later do another one, so we can see your progress
