The term “Mind to Muscle Connection” (MtMC) gets thrown around a lot in the fitness industry but many people don’t understand exactly what it is or how to use it. In today’s video i offer an explanation as well as some tips on how to achieve this connection (especially with abs)
It’s definitely worth your time to practice flexing and contracting your muscles before your lifts. It’s very disappointing to get sore in the wrong place but it’s the best thing ever to feel sore exactly where you want.
Make sure you are focused on your muscles that you are looking to improve and use good form.
