The Medicine Ball Inchworm is a fantastic core exercise that also hits your shoulders, chest, and triceps.

To perform MEDICINE BALL INCHWORM:
1.Place a medicine ball on the floor, then with a shoulder width stance, knees slightly bent to maintain a flat back, bend over and with your arms extended, place both of your hands on the medicine ball.
2. At this point, your hands should be below your shoulders.
3. Next, while keeping your hands and the medicine ball stationary, slowly walk your feet back away from the medicine ball a few inches at a time, using small baby steps until your body forms a straight line from heels to your head, similar to a plank position, and hold a 1-2 seconds.
4. Walk your feet back to the beginning position, and repeat.
