  1. I’m not convinced this recipe is competitive with cereal time-wise, but maybe making them ahead of time could be a lifesaver on a late morning.

  3. hey brad i need some advice since i ben watchin you i have ben living leaner went from 215 to 175 but i take pre work outs and im recently tryin to stop takin them i work out everyday and i work 12 a night one week and one week i work 12 durring theday and feel bernt out how can i stop the pre work out and stay on my game
