Short on time? Hate cooking?
On today’s Live Lean TV episode of Brad’s Cookbook, I show you how to put together an easy & delicious healthy recipe that takes little time to prepare. And when I say “prepare” I literally mean throw things in a pot, close the lid, and turn the switch to “cook”.
Yep, all you need to do is add the ingredients to the pot, heat, and go off with your normal business for the day. When you come back from work, the aromas in your house will be mouth watering. Open the lid, add the food to your plate, and you are eating a healthy and delicious meal.
Isn’t that better than coming home from a long day and having to slave over the kitchen stove?
Watch below how easy this Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker meal is to make and my reaction to how delicious it tastes!
I’ll let you know right now…I use my special 3 words during this video. Acronym DTG!
– Pork Tenderloin (as much as you want)
– Full jar of tomato sauce (containing olive oil – not soybean oil)
– 2 Tbsp of basil
1. Add everything to a slow cooker.
2. Cook over low temperature for 6-7 hours (or until pork is cooked through)
