On today’s episode of Live Lean TV I’m showing you how to put together one of my delicious and easy healthy slow cooker recipes.

If you own a slow cooker, but it’s just collecting dust on your shelf, it’s time to start using your slow cooker more often.
The reason is simple.
The slow cooker makes absolutely delicious meals that are so quick and easy to prepare.
And when I say prepare, I literally mean, all you have to do is throw these simple ingredients into a pot, close the lid, turn the switch to cook, then go on with your business for the day.
Since this recipe is slow cooked for 6-7 hours, you can prepare this slow cooker meal in the morning, and then go to work.
When you come back from work, the aromas in your house will be mouth watering.
All that’s left to do is, simply open the lid, add the food to your plate, and you are eating a healthy and delicious meal.
Here’s how it’s done.
Again, the best part of the slow cooker is the aroma from the food in your house, when you walk in the front door, after a long day at the office.
Check out this slow cooker pork tenderloin meal.
Even though the slow cooker may take a while to cook, when you slow cook it in the morning, it’ll be ready for you when you get home.
Isn’t that better than coming home from a long day and having to slave over the kitchen stove?
Plus, since it’s slow cooked, the pork is so moist it just breaks apart.
