Best Late Night Healthy Snack – Choc-o-LATE Night Time Shake
Nutrition Information via my Meal Planner Software
– 1 cup of water
– 5 ice cubes
– 1 serving of chocolate protein (I used Designer Whey’s Gourmet Chocolate)
– 1 tsp of cocoa powder
– 1 packet of stevia natural sweetener
1. Add to a blender and blend this bad boy up!
