Morning Dog Walks With Bruno

It’s another beautiful day in LA.

Every time I step out my front door, I can expect this beautiful weather, since the weather in LA is paradise.

I love going for a walks with Bruno first thing in the morning.

These morning walks usually take approximately 20-25 minutes.

While Bruno checks out the sights and smells, and goes to the bathroom, I usually use the time to create a few pieces of video content.

Side note: if you are a dog owner, pick up your dog’s poop.

Doing the little things in life shows in all areas of your life.

Once I’m done filming, I put my headphones on and listen to a podcast to get my mind motivated and ready for the day.

My Morning Greens Drink

Once I’m back from my morning walk, I have my greens drink.

Here’s a link to the AG1 greens powder that I use.

For some reason I find when you drink your greens drink out of a mason jar, it just makes it even healthier.

Don’t ask me why, it just does.

Then I break my fast some time between 12pm-2pm.

Up until that time, I’m just drinking liquids.
