Going Out For A Cheat Meal Date

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing a date night food vlog where Jessica and I were indulging in a well-earned guilt-free cheat meal and drinks.

Jessica and I went out to eat at a restaurant called Gulp in Playa Vista, California.

What We Ordered For Our Cheat Meal

For our cheat meal, we both ordered The Gulp Burger with no cheese.

The burger bun was huge and tasted like a croissant.

The strips of bacon were huge too.

The burger was so big, Jessica had to cut it in half.

Comment below if you cut your burger in half.

Since it’s been a while, I also went with a side of french fries, while Jessica went with a side salad.

The fries were seasoned with parmesan, but they were a little too crispy.

Overall, they were decent, but they were not better than McDonald’s fries.

My Strategy To Drinking Alcohol

To drink, I ordered a water with lemon and a Moscow Mule with vodka.

What Is The Healthiest Alcohol To Drink On A Diet?

Before enjoying the Moscow Mule, I like to take a big chug of water to stay hydrated.

As a Live Leaner, you can enjoy a drink of alcohol.

However, the rule is if you want to have alcohol, you have to first have water.

Essentially, it’s a 1 for 1 drinking cadence of water to alcohol.

Yes, I finished the whole plate of food like a pro.

I also ate a little bit of Jessica’s salad to get some micronutrients into my meal.

Remember, Living Lean is not about being perfect.

It’s about consistent daily progress.
