Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do kettlebell halo.
The Kettlebell Halo is an excellent exercise that strengthens and improves shoulder stability and also hits your core.

To perform KETTLEBELL HALO:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and grab the kettlebell by it’s side, also called the horns, with both hands, while holding it at chest level.
2. Focus on keeping your shoulders down, chest up, and core and glutes contracted throughout the movement.
3. Keeping your elbows bent, under control, safely rotate the kettlebell behind your head, then in front of your body to complete a circle.
4. Continue rotating the kettlebell for reps, then switch directions and repeat.
