How To Do A Swiss Ball Body To Diagonal Body Saw Exercise Demonstration Video and Guide

The Swiss Ball Body Saw To Diagonal Body Saw is a challenging core strengthening exercise that improves balance and stability.

To get started:

  1. Place your forearms on the swiss ball and get into a forearm plank position with your body forming a straight line from your ankles to your head.
  2. Contract your abs and roll the swiss ball under your forearms forward, then pull your forearms back to the original position.
  3. Complete up to 5 reps of that forward and backward motion.
  4. Then move directly into rolling the swiss ball diagonally back and forth to the right, then to the left for up to 5 reps.
  5. Repeat.
