The Swiss Ball Body Saw is a challenging core strengthening exercise that improves balance and stability.

To perform SWISS BALL BODY SAW:
1. Place your forearms on the swiss ball and get into plank position with your body forming a straight line from your ankles to your head.
2. Contract your abs and roll the swiss ball under your forearms forward then pull your forearms back to the original position.
3. Complete up to 5 reps of that forward/backward motion, then move directly into rolling the swiss ball diagonally back and forth to the right, then to the left for up to 5 reps.
