The Dumbbell Reverse Woodchoper is a functional ab exercise that targets your obliques.

To perform Dumbbell Reverse Woodchopper:
1. With a stance just outside shoulder width, hold a dumbbell with both hands over one shoulder with arms extended.
2. Contract your abs and swing the dumbbell under control to the outside of your opposite thigh by twisting your torso, bending at your hips, and pivoting your foot.
3. Reverse the movement and repeat your reps on that side.
4. Switch sides and repeat.
