Do you both include pork in your diet?
Jess: Yes, we do.
Brad: Yes, we do.
Jess: We have bacon in quite a few of our recipes.
I remember I counted one time how many recipes in our Team Live Lean site had pork in it.
I think it was maybe 16 recipes.
Brad: Yeah, our Team Live Lean site is where we put all of our cooking video lessons.
Jess: We also have lamb and seafood.
Jess: I’m not opposed to it, but it’s not my favorite.
Brad: I like buying pork tenderloin and putting it in a slow cooker.
It’s really good.
Jess: Pork is also good in burritos and tacos.
Whenever we go to Chipotle, we always order the slow cooked pork.
Brad: The carnitas.
So yeah, pork do it.
