Avoid These 1000 Calorie Salads When Eating Out At Restaurants

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing 6 restaurant salads you should never eat to lose weight, since they all contain over 1,000 calories.

All right, here’s the deal.

Your goal is to lose weight.

However, for some reason you end up at one of those chain restaurants where you know you shouldn’t be eating.

5 High Calorie vs Low Calorie Meals From Chain Restaurants

Now you’re feeling scared and guilty to order the wrong thing.

So to be safe, your eyes head directly to the salad section of the menu.

Does This Mean You Should Just Order Any Salad Off The Menu?

Guess what?

Ordering a salad doesn’t guarantee you’re in the safe zone from the fattening and calorie crushing plates.

Don’t be fooled Live Leaner.

Just because something says salad, it does not guarantee that it’s a healthy Live Lean approved option for weight loss.

If you’re confused at what’s classified as a healthy salad, and what’s not, I got your back.

  1. Doctor, my husband is on a diet. He eats salads every day but he gain 3
time the amount of wait since he started. and I have too.
DOCTOR: AND what type of Salad have you both been eating WIFE: O, he loves
the one they serve at the Cheese Cake Factory
    DOCTOR: NOOOOOOOOOOOKOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

  2. Hay, Honey. Lets go out to eat. I’m on a diet remember. OK , let’s go to
the Cheese Cake Factory, I heard thy got a real good Salad.
Wow, thIs diet thing is not too bad. Mm mmm, after eating that Salad I felt
like I ate 10 Quater pound Cheese burgers, 10 milk shakes and 10 lbs of
fries. Lets do Apple Bees Salad tomorrow. WIFE: “Honey, I love you. Thanks
for sticking to your diet” Brrrrrrrrrrrp!!!!!!!!!

  3. In all these salads, what are the major contributing ingredients to the
excess calories? I eat salads for lunch everyday – greens, nuts; grilled
meat, egg white and a sprinkle (about a tablespoon) of crumbled feta. I’m
not a calorie counter so I’m starting to wonder if my custom salad is
    working against me!

  4. Well if you’re going to Cheesecake Factory, I doubt you’re going their for
their salad. That is crazy on the nutritional facts on those salads.

  5. I got fooled by the term ‘salad’ too back in the day. It wasn’t until the restaurants and fast food chains released their nutrition data that I figured out that the salads packed more calories than some of the entrees.

  6. McDonald’s grilled chicken southwest salad isn’t bad in a pinch! One of my
go to meals if I must eat fast food.

  7. Hey guys I need a little advice. So I am 14 and I like my body. Though you
can see my rib cage and my abs. My back looks like a human figure with skin
on it. So I count my calories but is it really needed? Should I just eat
clean or count my calories please reply thanks!

  8. hey brad if you call the home office of the cheesecake factory they will give you the calorie counts
but that is pretty much it

  9. Luckily I never eat at these places. Incredible totals on those salads.
It is just best to eat in. Much safer and tastes better to make it
yourself. If I do need a break from cooking, my meal out is strategically
chosen. Hehe. Thanks for the vid.
