Quick Way To Add More Greens To Your Diet

How many times have I said…
“Eat your greens!”
A lot. I know.
And…How many times have I heard the response…
“But Brad, I can never find healthy greens/vegetables when I travel!”
A lot x 5.0.
We all know consuming your veggies and greens are SOOO important to living lean…
But what happens if you’re crazy busy or travel a lot and just can’t find the time to prepare your food?
Does this mean you have an excuse not to properly fuel your body with the vitamins and minerals found in your veggies?
To ensure I get my fix of vitamins and minerals regardless of where I am, I take what I call, my “veggie insurance“.
As you saw in the video, when I’m travelling, I pack my greens powder with me, along with a few of my other essentials, like Kirby the Frog.
Take it first thing in the morning
As soon as I wake up in the morning’¦in addition to my lemon water’¦on an empty stomach’¦ I consume one heaping TBSP of greens mixed in a cup of water’¦blend if you have access to a blender, or just mix it up well’¦ and chug.
