I started in the YouTube game back in 2012.
During that time, YouTube has helped me spread my Live Lean message to millions of people all over the world.
However what you may not know is, YouTube also helped me meet the woman of my dreams, formally known as Ms. Jessica Rumbaugh.
If you missed my marriage proposal video, I share how Jessica and I originally met.
Since Jess and I found each other via YouTube, and you found us on YouTube, we wanted to share our special day with you on YouTube.
As you’ll quickly see in our wedding video, I may look tough on the outside, but I’m a total softie on the inside.
Thank you for allowing us to share our lives with you.
We’re grateful for each and everyone of you.
Consider this your invitation to our wedding.
PS. Grab a box of tissues 😊
Our wedding officiants were Jessica’s Uncle Shawn and Uncle Judge, who are both married, but not to each other 🤣.
During the opening remarks, Uncle Shawn and Uncle Judge shared their best relationship tips:
Uncle Shawn opened the ceremony with this personal story about a relationship tip he received from an older man who was married for 50 years.
Uncle Shawn: My wife and I are newlyweds.
Wise man: I’ve been married for 50 years.
Uncle Shawn: 50 years, how does anyone stay married for 50 years?
Wise man: I normally don’t like to give advice, but there is something you can do.
For example, when my wife wants to watch her TV program, I get the hell out of the way.
Then when I want to watch my TV program, she gets the hell out of the way.
After Uncle Shawn shared his relationship tip, Uncle Judge shared the following relationship tip.
Uncle Judge: I think the best answers to your questions about marriage come from deep in the gut of your belly.
But then again, neither of you really have a belly, so your marriage is the opposite of your body.
The older your marriage, the stronger and cuter it gets, even though your body is not.
Uncle Shawn: Don’t take yourself, or each other, too seriously.
People pay you for your advice, so it might be possible that you will think you are very important and a serious person.
Laugh at yourself when you are wrong.
Hug each other when you think you’re right, and the other is wrong.
Uncle Judge: I think the most important question you can ask each other during your marriage is this.
Do I make your life better.
Isn’t that the real reason you are getting married today?
To make each others lives better?
Now that you know everything you need to know about this marriage.
The question for you to answer for everybody is, do you still want to do it?
I Jessica, take you Brad, to be my husband.
I promise to love, honor, and cherish you forever.
I’m so excited that we’re actually here, and in this moment getting married, even though I kind of felt like this would happen, from the very start.
I can’t really say I was surprised.
From the minute I saw those handsome knees coming down the escalator, I just felt like it would happen.
It was like I already knew you, but each moment kept getting better and better.
I began to realize that we have everything in common, we got along beautifully, and you really are as hot in person, as you are on YouTube.
I know I was the one to initiate the contact, so I’m grateful for that brief moment of courage that sparked me to do that, since it’s not something I would normally do.
I don’t know why, but thanks to the greater powers that be, it happened that night, and it was perfect.
I just want you to know how lucky I feel all the time, and hope you feel the same way that I feel, especially when it comes to having the same interests and goals in life.
I’m also grateful that you’ve been my biggest supporter, as I figure out what I want my goals to be.
Even though it’s not always been so clear, but you’ve helped so much.
I know that my newest and most certain goal is to be the best wife and make your life phenomenal.

Before you, I was a lost soul.
Then a random New Year’s email from a hot blonde California “fan”, changed it all.
We both know are journey to this beautiful day was not easy.
Most people would have no clue.
But when you love someone as much as I love you, nothing could stop me from making this day come true.
You believed in me, you challenged me, you pushed me, and you inspire me to continue to create a life that I never imagined was possible.
When I look at you, I see hope, I see passion, I see happiness, but most importantly I see someone who will never give up on us, no matter what.
You are my best friend, my lover, and my angel.
So I vow, in front of all of our family and friends, to love you, to cherish you, and most importantly, to Live Lean with you.
I love you so much.
Thank you for everything you are.
Thank you for everything you do.
And thank you for being my boo.
From all the energy that is here.
That stems from the core of the earth, up to the heavens, to right here in this space.
We all pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Gouthro.
You may kiss the bride.
