Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do swiss ball dumbbell rear belt raise.
The Swiss Ball Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise is a great exercise that not only targets the back of your shoulders, but using the swiss ball also pulls in more core activation.
Watch the SWISS BALL DUMBBELL REAR DELT RAISE: exercise demonstration video above.
To perform SWISS BALL DUMBBELL REAR DELT RAISE:
1. Lie face down, with your hips to just below your chest, on top of the swiss ball.
2. With your arms extended toward the floor, hold a pair of dumbbells in front of the swiss ball with a palms facing in grip.
3. With your feet slightly wider than hip width and core contracted, raise the dumbbells with your arms extended, elbows slightly bent, out to the sides.
4. Focus on pulling your shoulder blades down and together, hold for a few seconds, then lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
5. Repeat.
