How To Do A Swiss Ball Superman Single Leg Raise Exercise Demonstration Video and Guide

The Swiss Ball Superman Single Leg Raise is a challenging core and lower back exercise that requires balance and stability.

To get started:

  1. Place your hips and belly on top of a swiss ball.
  2. Keep your legs straight, feet hip width apart, with your arms extended in alignment with your shoulders, reaching forward.
  3. Keep all your muscles in your body tight, with your core contracted.
  4. Raise one leg about 1 foot off the ground.
  5. Lower it back to the ground and repeat with the other side.
