How To Make Paleo NOatmeal
Trust me, this cherry NOatmeal paleo recipe may sound like a weird combination…
But it’s DELICIOUS!
If you have a food intolerance to grains or just want to cut them out of your diet, this grain-free, paleo approved, oatmeal alternative hits the spot!
Cherry NOatmeal Ingredients:
(makes 1 Serving)
- 1 cup Egg Whites
- 1 cup Cherries
- 1 Mashed Banana
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
- Coconut Oil Spray
- Dash Cinnamon
Cherry NOatmeal Directions:
1. Heat pan over medium heat, spray with coconut oil, and scramble egg whites until cooked (approx. 1 min).
Add cooked egg whites to a bowl.
2. Top with mashed banana. Stir.
3. Add coconut flour. Stir.
4. Add cherries, almonds, and cinnamon. Stir.
5. Top with shredded coconut.
