(makes 1 Serving)
1. Heat pan over medium heat, spray with coconut oil, and scramble egg whites until cooked (approx. 1 min).
Add cooked egg whites to a bowl.
2. Top with mashed banana. Stir.
3. Add coconut flour. Stir.
4. Add cherries, almonds, and cinnamon. Stir.
5. Top with shredded coconut.
