How To Make Protein Pancake Cereal

Great for low carb dry AF protein pancake recipes!

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make protein pancake cereal.

This is a brand new multi-billionaire idea that I just accidentally stumbled upon.

In fact, I think I just created the world’s first low carb protein pancake cereal recipe!

Side note: this post serves as the official patent on the protein pancake cereal concept 😂.

How I came up with this low carb protein pancake cereal recipe

Let me share a quick and funny story about how I came across this idea.

If you’ve tried my sweet potato protein pancakes recipe, you know how moist and delicious they were.

So I set out to make a new protein pancake recipe that didn’t require sweet potatoes.

But to be 100% honest, this new protein pancake recipe was a big L as the pancakes were dry AF!

If you’ve ever made a dry AF protein pancake recipe, I’m sure you feel my pain.

How To Make Protein Pancake Cereal

Not only was this protein pancake recipe a FAIL, but it’s also a pain that:

  • You spend 20 minutes creating the recipe, using only healthy ingredients.
  • It takes 15 minutes making the food.
  • Once the food is prepared, you take 10 minutes to stage the food for the Instagram photo.
  • It takes 5 minutes setting up the camera and the lighting equipment.
  • You spend 15 minutes taking 50 different photos!
  • By this time, 30 minutes has passed and the food is now cold.

Welcome to the life of a content creator.

After all that work, even though the Instagram photo of the food looks good, the protein pancake tastes DRY AF 😭.

Fail.

So at this point, what do you do next?

You just wasted all that time and all those healthy ingredients on something that you just can not eat as is.

So do you just throw out the protein pancakes?

Well you could be like 66% of the other content creators, and just post the dry AF protein pancake recipe anyway.

Ohhh…shoots fired.

But I prefer to get creative and that’s when the lightbulb goes off.

I asked myself:

How can I add moisture to these protein pancakes?

Simple solution

When something’s dry, you add something wet.

So in this case, I added almond milk.

But don’t just add almond milk over top of the protein pancake.

Cut up the protein pancake into bite-sized pieces, add it to a bowl, then add the almond milk.

BOOM…this is how these dry AF protein pancakes turned into a video cooking recipe on how to make protein pancake cereal!
