I eat eggs every single day…

Although as you can see in the cooking video, I still haven’t perfected the art of breaking the shell with just one hand.

If you know how to do it, tweet me @BradGouthro your best tip, so I can’t stop looking like a chump who cracks eggs with two hands 😉

Now whole eggs are one of the highest quality protein sources, and my personal favorite.

And yes, I had to say “whole” eggs, because I prefer cooking with both the egg whites and the yolks, because the majority of the nutrition is in the yolks.

In this recipe, the eggs make the base of the pizza crust so it’ll add a nice serving of protein.

We’ll then add the pizza toppings to give it the tasty pizza vibes!

We’re also going to use a tasty oil that is loaded with healthy fats, including saturated fats, called coconut oil.

I’ve said it many times before, don’t be afraid of saturated fats.

Now, in my not so healthy days, I used to love eating pizza for breakfast.

But it wasn’t a healthy pizza like what I’m about to show you.

It was leftovers of traditional pizza from the night before, you know, the kind of pizza that is rolled in lard and fat.

Fortunately we don’t roll like that anymore!

Instead, I’ve created this healthy alternative for pizza that is also low carb.

You’re going to love the smells and taste of this delicious low carb omelet egg pizza recipe.

Check out the masterpiece I like to call omelet egg pizza.

How you doing Mr. Pizza, you’re looking fine to me.

What do you think, how does it look?

How To Make An Egg Pizza At Home
Instructions
  1. Crack 4 eggs into a dish and whisk to mix the egg whites and yolks together.
  2. Heat up the pan on low to medium heat, not high heat. Cooking eggs over high heat can denature the nutrients in the eggs.
  3. Add coconut oil to the pan and let it warm up to grease the pan.
  4. Pour the eggs into the pan and allow them to cook through.
  5. Once the eggs begin to solidify, spread the tomato sauce on top. Then add the diced green peppers for some color and all kinds of nutrients and vitamins.
  6. Optional step: top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. If you don't process dairy well, skip.
  7. Lastly, it wouldn't be a Live Lean TV recipe without adding some spices cause we like it spicy! Add a dash of red pepper flakes, that will give it a kick, so go easy if you don't like spicy food. Then add a dash of Italian seasoning.
  8. Let it set for another minute to allow the cheese to melt, then you're good to go with your pizza.
  9. Turn the heat off, then using a spatula, slowly transfer the egg pizza from the pan to a plate.
