To perform Speed Dumbbell Torso Twist:
1. Stand with a shoulder width stance and hold one dumbbell with both hands in front of your chest.
2. Contract your abs and twist to one side with speed, but still under control.
3. Come back to center and twist to the other side with speed and intention.
4. Repeat the movement while maintaining tension on your abs at all times.
