How To Do A Medicine Ball Rotational Throw Against Wall Exercise Video Demonstration and Guide

The Medicine Ball Rotational Throw Against Wall is an explosive rotational movement to strengthen your core and obliques.

To get started:

  1. In a shoulder width stance, knees slightly bent, hold a medicine ball or wall ball in front of your chest.
  2. Lower the medicine ball to the outside of your foot, then rotate back and explosively throw the medicine ball across your body, at shoulder height, into the wall or to a friend.
  3. Catch the medicine ball and immediately repeat the movement.
  4. After you hit your desired reps or time, switch sides and repeat.
