Many people consider avocados to be a “wonder fruit” as it is one of the world’s healthiest foods.
Red onions are a heart healthy food that contains a rich source of flavonoids and polyphenols.
They have also been shown to lower bad LDL cholesterol, while improving overall blood lipid profile.
Now, you may be thinking, “fish oil in guacamole, damn that’s gross!”.
But trust me, when you use the highest quality and most delicious fish oil brands it doesn’t taste fishy, nor does it give you the fish burps.
Plus, a high quality lemon infused fish oil makes the guacamole creamy smooth, and the lemon flavor complements the zing from the lime.
