That’s right, I’m talking about “healthier” frozen meal options.
Amy’s, Artisan Bistro, Australis, Banquet, Boston Market, Healthy Choice, Kashi, Evol, Stouffers Bistro, Stouffers Lean Cuisine, VH Steamers, and Weight Watchers Smart Ones.
Surprisingly enough, the 7 healthiest frozen meal options came from just 2 brands. These 7 healthier frozen meals all passed the following Live Lean Frozen Meal Nutrition Gauntlet.
-> More than 20g protein
-> More than 5g fiber
-> 40g or less of carbs
-> 500mg or less of sodium
