On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing 7 healthy frozen meals high in protein, that are good calorie saving options, and healthier than eating out at a restaurant.
These 7 best calorie saving frozen meals pass my protein and fiber requirements, as well as falling within a healthy carbohydrate and sodium range.

In these cases, I want to arm you, and the Live Lean Nation, with a calorie saving back up plan, that is healthier then hitting up the closest fast food restaurant.

If you can’t find Artisan Bistro frozen meals, I recommend you check out the following Lean Cuisine frozen meals.
Another good one to check out from the Lean Cuisine Honestly Good line is the Roasted Red Pepper Chicken.
Even though the 520mg of sodium is a little bit more than my sodium limit, it’s very close.
But remember Live Leaner, I have to say this.
These frozen meals are to be used just for back up.
Make it easier on yourself by taking your leftover dinners to work for lunch.
