  • 1 handful berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries) (fresh or frozen)
  • Water (enough to fill up your water bottle or glass)

  1. In a glass or water bottle add 2 thick or 4 thin cucumber slices, 2 thick or 4 thin ginger root slices, and a handful of berries including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  2. Fill up your re-usable glass or water bottle with water, then stir it up.
  3. For maximum flavor, store the water in the fridge the night before to allow the flavors to infuse into the water and really come alive. If you make it during the day, simply store the water in the fridge for 10-60 minutes to allow the flavor to infuse into the water.
  4. If you're in a rush, you can mash the ingredients with a fork to release the flavor and infuse the water quicker.
