So it looks like this question is from the female who wants to lose back fat…
…and her boobs?
Although a lot of females probably don’t want to lose their boobs, based on this question, we’ll assume some girls with a big chest may want smaller boobs.
And this often happens since one of the places girls quickly lose fat from is their boobs.
Yes, there is such a thing as back boobs.
If you’re wondering what back boobs are, it happens when back fat hangs over the bra strap.
This back fat then gives the appearance of an extra boob.
We’ll give you the quick answer.
Losing back fat, or any trouble zone, is just about losing overall body fat.
You do this by watching the foods you’re eating and exercising.
Once you’re in a consistent calorie deficit, the body fat will eventually come off, from all over your body, including your back fat.
Eventually the back fat will come off, but you have to be persistent and consistent with your diet and workouts.
However, your back fat, i.e. back boobs, may come off a little slower than everywhere else on your body.
But we guarantee that you can get lean all over your body with the right training and the right nutrition.
This is possible for anyone, no matter what your body type is.
Nobody can be super lean and still have back fat and back boobs.
The key to losing back fat or back boobs, or any kind of fatty trouble zone, is to lose fat throughout your body, and change your entire body composition.

But to really get rid of back fat, you really need to address your total body fat percentage.
Therefore, we highly recommend getting on a structured workout and nutrition program to maintain a slight calorie deficit.
This will help you start whittling away at your overall body fat and increasing the lean muscle in your body.
That’s what will make the biggest difference in not just your back fat trouble zone, but any trouble zone you have.
