On episode 015 of the #AskLiveLeanTV show, we’re answering 10 common fitness and nutrition questions.
Welcome back and thank you for tuning in to another episode of #AskLiveLeanTV.
Today’s episode got a little spicy, a little salty, and Jessica threw me under the bus, because she said I let her fall and break her wrist.
Stay tuned for that.
We are rocking and rolling with all these good questions coming in, so hopefully you are enjoying the show.
Fun fact, we haven’t read the questions prior to filming since our assistant Caro, helps us find and picks the questions before sending them to us.
Therefore, some of the time, we don’t know what questions are coming.
If you guys don’t know who Caro is, she’s our employee that we hired full time for Live Lean TV, to help serve you guys better.
Everybody say, “What’s up Caro, you’re doing an awesome job.”
It’s going to be fun and it’s going to get crazy.
Are you ready?
By the way we’re nine months pregnant right now, so my water could break at any moment.
If I feel drips our water going on the floor, we’ll have to go, but we’ll leave the camera rolling and have our dog Bruno take over the show and answer all your questions.
Let’s jump right into it.

Hi Brad! I have been eating well for about a year. Then, a few months ago, I fell off the wagon and I’m having trouble getting back on. It has to do with a lack of willpower and indulging a little too much. Do you have any advice to help me get back on track? I’m having trouble finding motivation as well. Thanks!

Thank you so much for staying with us all the way to the end.
I like to think the end is the best part.
We always like to throw in extra nuggets and fun things at the end, so make sure you watch it all the way through.
It’s Jessica’s turn to ask the question of the day.
She’s not going to ask about your reason why and your motivation since we’ve already been down that road.
Let’s make it a little bit more fun.
If you could only do one type of workout for the rest of your life, what would it be?
For example, would it be:
What would you choose?
There you go.
