If you like PB & J sandwiches, I just put together this Peanut Butter & Jelly Fat Burning Protein ShakeĀ recipe that tastes just like a peanut butter and jam sandwich.

This peanut butter and jam protein shake is delicious, itā€™s going to help you build muscle and burn fat. Here are the ingredients…

Post Workout Shake

Ingredients:

– 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

– 1 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt (or substitute with egg whites)

– 1 cup Strawberries,Ā Raspberries,Ā Blueberries

– 2/3 cup Grape juice

– 2/3 cup Almond milk

– Serving Vanilla protein powder

– 3 Ice cubes

Directions

Put these ingredients in a blender and blend it up.

Alright that’s how easy it is. It’s perfect when you wake up first thing in the morning if you donā€™t have a lot of time for breakfast or it’s an excellent post workout shake as well. Ā The simple sugars as well as the protein will help you re-fill your glycogen levels and re-build your muscles.
