#1 Live Lean Afterburn 12 Week Workout Program:

You know a part of my transformation 10,000 mission is about educating you to eat better food. I talk a lot about this on Live Lean TV. But the second part of that mission is moving your body more effectively. The workouts you’ve seen on Live Lean TV to date, have mainly focused on HIIT cardio type workouts. But it’s so important to also focus on strength training to Live Lean as well.

I spend a lot of time lifting weights in the gym even though you don’t see this on Live Lean TV. That’s why I’m so excited to launch my upcoming Live Lean AFTERBURN 12 week workout program. This is my best workout program to date that uses unique training styles, specific exercises, and rep and set ranges to increase the AFTERBURN EFFECT. In other words, helping males and females burn WAY more calories AFTER your workout..even while you sleep. That’ll be launching very soon and you’ll hear all about it soon. Get excited!

#2 Live Lean Meltdown Workout DVD

Next’¦if you follow me on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram (and I know you do’¦right?)’¦you’ll know I’m working with a production company on producing and starring in a workout digital DVD called Live Lean Meltdown. I’ve been rehearsing the program with the cast and we’re finalizing locations now. It’s going to be all shot in real time, so all you’ll have to do is hit play, and workout right beside me and the other cast members. I’m so excited for this one!

#3 Live Lean Recipe Cookbook (still to be named)

Next’¦I have a Live Lean Cookbook coming out featuring all the quick and easy to prepare recipes that will help you Live Lean FASTER. Look out for this bad boy in the coming months.

#4 365 Days of Live Lean Success Quotes

And finally’¦living lean isn’t just about food and working out. It’s all about getting your mind right as well. To help with this, I’ve created 365 Days of Live Lean Success Quotes. I’m a big time reader, so i’ve compiled my all-time favourite success quotes in one book. A success quote everyday to fuel your mind. Coming out soon!

Oh and I was also featured for a third time, on BexLife’s YouTube Channel.

I think I’m the only fitness guest to be on there 3 times! I filmed my 5 min cardio meltdown workout for her.

  1. I’m very excited with all those project! I still have two question who’s had been stuck in my mind for a while! As I already said I’m a hardgainer and last time I check my body fat% was around 12%. My goal is to gain weight without gaining to much body fat (I guess some gain is inevitable). My 2 questions are:

    1-Is it possible to gain clean weight? I think it is but it take longer than gaining fast weight (and body fat) then shredding the body fat.

    2-All you program (HIIT cardio, Meltdown, Trigger the Afterburn effect…) it’s sure good for me but is it for my goal? Since my body burn so many calorie just to exist, should I focuse more on strengh training (and what kind?) and less on cardio (but I love cardio and I want to get a better one) I’m very confuse right now!!! Can you help me Brad?

    1. 1. yes it is possible. just eat more calories than you burn BUT make sure the majority of the foods are clean (one ingredient).

      2. i was in your shoes too. i was a hard gainer but still had a flabby belly. These types of workouts worked for me and got me to where I am today.

        By the way! I’m readinq Awaken the Abs within! That book is rock solid!!! I understand a lot of new stuff and I even begun to influence my girlfriend and co-workers!
